Coming Up!
We run on and off site clinics for dressage, show jumping, cross country, horsemanship as well as school holiday activities. These are open to riders of all levels and not are just for current 'in house' Ardis students. See the 'Out & About' and 'Gallery/Video' pages for examples of what we get up to!
We also run educational seminars, competition & training days. Our desire is to encourage students to demonstrate/take pride in what they've learnt and to encourage local horse owners/lessees/riders to continue their learning on an on-going basis.
Our passion for horses and their welfare extends beyond those housed at Ardis. In Oct 2009 we ran a ''Team Treasure Hunt and Family Fun Day'. Although the weather was not kind to us (major thunderstorm just at the wrong time!) we did manage to raise much needed funds for Horse Rescue Australia
(Holiday) Costs :
- Lessons at standard rates (unless specified otherwise)
- 2hr Trail ride $80 [experienced riders only]
- Camps - half day (3hr) $75 / full day (6hr) $150 [bring own food/drink]
- 2hr clinics $80 [dressage, jumping, cross country, horsemanship, vaulting, first aid ...]
- 2 day live-in teen boot camp $400 [all inclusive]
(all prices inclusive of GST; limited places, book early to avoid disappointment; riders with own horse very welcome, reduced cost)
