Copabella Dressage, St Ives
A very successful first outing for Tori & Scandal (pictured left) placing 6th in the Prep with 65%. Galen also enjoyed his first dressage outing behaving well and scoring 63% in the Prep. Meals/Sansi rode both Novice tests and Tamsin/Pops managed over 60% in both their elementary tests with 6th in the 3B

NRC Show Jumping
A HUGE team effort with TEN horse/rider combinations! The logistics of getting everyone to the grounds was made so easy with the help of Kay & Tori (thanks girls). WELL DONE to Nat who was out jumping Tom for their first time (pictured right) - made their 50cm rounds look very easy, calm and established. Congrats also to Jess on her successful first 80cm round with Midnight and to Tori for her first outing on Scandal at 65cm. Another step up for Galen who did his first 65cm rounds. Meals took a tumble in the 85cm, Nipper put in a few stops, Dom disgraced himself in the 1.05m with outright disobedience and PJ put in the best rounds of his life in the 95cm!! Quite a day

Cross country clinic at Silver Hills
Most riders [Izzy/Solly, Abz/Bucc, Katie/Nipper, Jess/Midnight, Tori/Scandal & Nat/Tom] were out for their first proper cross country outing and everyone returned home wearing big smiles. The horses all behaved beautifully and riders learnt a lot. Well done everyone.

Berrima Horse Trials cross country clinic
A fantastic opportunity to get horses out for some cross country schooling. Pops (pictured left) was out for the first time since his accident in 09, Meals and Sansi (pictured right) jumped their first Prelim fences and Galen had his first 'proper' cross country outing. All horses and riders very happy with the day.

NRC Show Jumping
What a fantastic day & what a lot of 'firsts'! WELL DONE everyone and THANK YOU to everyone who came to support & watch

* Katie & Nipper - first time in 65cm - and 6th in 50cm
* Meals & Sansi - first time in the BIG ring at 85cm

After three weekends of cancellations due to rain / wet grounds, a few of us finally made it Out & About:

NRC Combined Training
Well done to Meals & Sansi who started the year off with a 6th in Newcomers as well as successfully completing the Intro course.
Central Coast Dressage Association
Soo took the boys out! Dom demonstrated great manners & was so much more relaxed than usual, scoring 58% in both his Medium tests. PJ managed a 3rd with 60% in his official elementary test and Galen stood quietly like a lamb all day, just soaking up the atmosphere and preparing himself for his great future.
