PETER SHAW DRESSAGE CLINIC
We were fortunate in being able to benefit from Peter's wisdom again in another inspiring day of learning & laughter.

instead we organised a clinic with
PETER SHAW, Dip Teach GP. Peter has 35 yrs experience in the horse industry as a competitor, coach, trainer and judge. He is a successful FEI Dressage Rider as well as having evented, show jumped and won Champion Show Rider classes. A National A level Dressage Judge with 22 yrs experience at Grand Prix Level, he was the youngest person appointed to Grand Prix judging in the world at the time of accreditation. He has coached dressage riders from beginners to Grand Prix with scores of up to 64%+ in the Grand Prix. He specialises in Classical Dressage with particular attention to the position of the rider, the correct application of the aids and the German Training Scales.
Although lessons had to stop earlier than scheduled due to dangerous weather conditions, those who were fortunate enough to benefit from Peter's wisdom all thoroughly enjoyed their sessions with him. We hope we can entice Peter back for future sessions.

Galston Equestrian Club Dressage
Amelia & Sansi were the only representatives from Ardis after sickness and injury kept Soo away. This was their second Elementary outing and according to reports at hand, all went well.

NRC Dressage
A HUGE day for those that went! Meals & Sansi had heaps of fun riding their first Elementary tests and came out enthused & ready for more! Dom won his first Advanced & was 3rd in his Medium. PJ won his second Medium & was 6th in his Elementary. Galen placed 2nd in the Prep and didn't behave too badly in his Prelim!

After a LOT of rain the day was quiet. But it didn't deter our keen riders ... Nat & Tom, Katie & Nipper, Jess & Midnight, Meals & Sansi and Soo & Galen all attended.
